About Us

MPC established a Business Excellence (BE) Department in 2010, to expand its outreach and acceptance of Business Excellence Framework (BEF) as a tool to guide companies manage and review their business excellence affairs and linking that to business performance.

The objectives of BE department are to:

       i        review the framework, categorization assessment criteria, with inputs from stakeholders

      ii        publish an enhanced version of BEF materials

     iii        develop training materials for capacity development of BE Practitioners, Assessors and Consultants (PAC)

     iv        conduct training and certify practitioners

      v        review competencies and certify BE consultants

     vi        calibrate understanding on BEF among officers from Regional Office through organization of outreach programmes
