Enterprise Innovation Intervention Programme (EIIP) develop a system to diagnose the innovative state of companies, improve innovative processes along the innovation value chain and monitor success of its interventions to improve the innovativeness of companies. EIIP depends on the innovation synergy among technology, people, organization and culture; and EIIP is oriented to building up innovation competence for an organisation. Enterprise Innovation includes improving innovation at companies by creating and implementing eco systems to address the entire innovation value chain.
