Organisational excellence awards serve an important role in promoting excellence in organisational performance. In Malaysia, the award programme that are based on the Organisational Excellence Framework, were first established in 1990. The awards are:

• Quality Management Excellence Award (QMEA)
• Productivity Award (PA)
