List of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Benchmarking has been introduced in Malaysia since 1996. MPC has used Community of Innovation (CoI) as a platform to encourage industry to start measure and benchmark for further improvement. From this activity, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been developed based on the selected areas. A collection of these KPIs  have been documented for future references.
