Department of Knowledge Management (KM) MPC in collaboration with the Monash University Sunway Campus (MUSC) is conducting a survey on QoWL. QoWL is one component that highlighted in the MQLI to look at the quality of working life, which is satisfaction of employees needs through resources, activities and outcomes stemming from participation in the workplace as measured through Quality of Work Life Index in Malaysia.

The objectives of this survey are:
•    To collect data from managers in Malaysian organizations in order to examine the work environment and the individuals of work life, and
•    To obtain insights into how organizations, pattern of work, and perceptions and experiences of work and organizations are changing.

The outcomes of this study will provide a comparative analysis of Malaysian and Australian managers, where differences, issues and trends can be identify and reflected upon by top management.
