Introduction
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of a new business regulation can be implemented as well as good impact to the business community, these regulations must have the characteristics of good governance and meet the criteria of adequacy and a more structured gatekeeping on the regulations.

This survey aims to:
1. Create awareness among the business community on government initiatives to improve the quality of business regulations; and
2. Provide information on the National Policy on the Development and Implementation of Regulations and Best Practice Regulation Handbook that will benefit all parties, especially the business communit
