This survey aims to:

1· To enhance Ministry and agency understanding of the Quality Management System Regulations which is use to improves the process of making regulations in Malaysia.
2· To inform the Ministry and agency of the ‘National Policy on the Development and Implementation of Regulations’ and ‘Best Practice Regulation Handbook’; and
3· Obtain feedback on this document  by government agencies for the purpose of continuous improvement of the Gatekeeping system that will take effect on July 1, 2012.
