MPC organizes the ICC Conventions annually in order to promote and sustain ICC activities. These conventions provide a platform for the industries to learn best practices of other circles as well as to exchange ideas and knowledge on ICC activities.

There are 3 levels of ICC Conventions organized by MPC, namely Mini ICC Conventions, Regional ICC Conventions and National ICC Convention. These Conventions, except for National ICC Convention, are held at all regions such as Northern, Central, Southern, East Coast, Sabah and Sarawak. Circle, which won the Gold Award at Regional Convention, will be invited for National ICC Convention.

A panel of ICC assessors will assess projects presented during the Conventions.
