The MQLI, launched by Minister in the Prime Minister`s Department Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop here yesterday, revealed that the percentage of 5 to 6-year-olds registered for preschool had increased from 16.2 in 2005 to 44.5 in 2010.
