The Malaysia Productivity Corporation has just released a Draft Report on Reducing Unnecessary Regulatory Burdens on Business: Construction. The report has drawn on the expertise views of public and private stakeholders, who have helped to identify key issues and possible solutions to reduce the unnecessary regulatory burdens in construction activities. The draft report proposes options to reduce these burdens.
The MPC is seeking a feedback from all interested parties on the issues and options raised in this report as well as the suitability of the recommendations.
The public consultation will ended on May, 29 2016.
