Gift giving, an act of self gratification is a common part of Malaysian culture as a way expressing gratitude, care, friendship and solidarity. The popularity of this culture also diffuses into Malaysia’s public sector. This policy is meant to avoid any conflict of interest (including any appearance of conflict of interest) in our day-to-day business transactions. Hence, MPC has developed the policy in 2017 in our effort to conduct our business with the highest standard of ethics.
