Dato’ Mohamed Dauzkaply Nor bin Dato’ Ghazali

Dato’ Mohamed Dauzkaply Nor bin Dato’ Ghazali is an experienced industrial relations practitioner and human resource professional with extensive involvement in labour relations and trade union affairs. He began his career in the banking sector until 2013, before continuing his career as an industrial relations practitioner and part-time lecturer in Human Resource Management at institutions including Asia e University, Universiti Malaysia Pahang and Universiti Malaya. He holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Asia e University, an Executive Diploma from Universiti Malaya (UMCCED) and a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from Malaysian Institute Of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).

He has more than 15 years of experience in trade union matters and has served in leadership roles within the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) and the National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE). His expertise in labour and employment matters has also led to appointments as a Panel Member of the Industrial Court of Malaysia, workers’ representative on the Social Security Appellate Board (JRKS), member of the PERKESO Advisory Committee, as well as other committees and advisory roles.

His contributions have been recognised through several honours, including the Darjah Setia Bakti Negeri Sembilan (DBNS) in 2019, Ahli Setia Negeri Sembilan (A.N.S) in 2013 and Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK) in 1996.
