Labour Market Reform

Human capital is the main driver of economic growth. Competent talents development is the basis towards resilient and dynamic economy. Talents need to have skill sets and high adaptability that are relevant to the industry. An economy with high productivity growth requires highly skilled talents and the contribution of quality human capital that can improve productivity performance.

In line with the Twelfth Malaysia Plan (2021 - 2025), talent development is focused to realign the labour market for inclusive and sustainable growth. Talent development strategies and initiatives need to be strengthened to increase employment opportunities for Malaysians, achieve more equitable workers' compensation (CE), improve labour force participation rates and strengthen the system that supports the labour market.

ACADEMY IN INDUSTRY (AII)

Academy in Industry (AiI) is an initiative that is opened to all future talents between the age of 18-40 who are searching for a job and education improvement.

PRODUCTIVITY CHAMPION

Productivity Champion is a recognition given to individuals who contribute to the improvements of organisational performance in three categories: Leader, Practitioner and Talent.

PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALISTS

Productivity Specialist Certification Program is a program to certify highly skilled individuals whose work concentrates primarily on the application of productivity solutions and productivity-related activities such as Consultancy, Training, Promotion and Research.

e-SHARED PROSPERITY ORGANISATION (eSPO)

The e-Shared Prosperity Organisation (eSPO) is awarded as an acknowledgment certificate to organizations that integrate a wage structure aligned with both the productivity performance of the company and the performance of its employees. eSPO actively fosters wealth creation, equitable wealth distribution, and the collective contribution to the shared prosperity of an organization.
