Academy in Industry is a government initiative designed through innovative collaboration between the government, industry, and academia to develop industry-ready future talents through work-based consisting of 70% on-the-job training and 30% industry skills fields.  By 2030, AiI aim to increase mean years of schooling, elevate the skilled local workforce by 35%, % and alleviate skills mismatch by 35%.
